When sales activity stalled and the townhomes remained unsold, I designed and developed refreshed marketing collateral to reintroduce the project to market, expanding its reach through targeted digital and print campaigns. The renewed strategy proved successful, with all four homes sold within 298 days, achieving a complete sell out by August 2021.
