Innovative, sustainable apartments in vibrant Prahran

Little Real Estate was appointed as the exclusive leasing partner for the recently completed Little Projects development on Grattan Street in Prahran, a design-led residential project comprising 44 premium apartments called Viridi.

I worked closely with the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships teams to shape and deliver a comprehensive leasing campaign for the residential component. This included developing refined marketing collateral, crafting campaign messaging aligned to the building’s architectural identity, and producing digital and print assets tailored to the target renter demographic.

The coordinated strategy drove strong leasing momentum following completion, ultimately achieving a full lease up with all apartments successfully leased.
